North Fort Opening Times

The Australian Army Artillery Museum, North Fort Café, the picnic and BBQ areas and other attractions are open to the public on: 

Wednesday to Sunday & most Public Holidays from 1000 to 1600 . (Except Anzac Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year's Day). Café may be closed due to extreme weather conditions or bushfire risk.

Group & School Guided Tours can be arranged by appointment, for all days other than Monday.

Guided Tours (approx 1.5 hrs starting at 1030, 1130, 1300, 1400 on Wed, Sat, Sun): Tickets at Cafe

Self Guided Mini Tours (approx 30 mins, 0900-1500 onThursdays and Fridays): $5

Relatives & Friends wishing to visit Australia's Memorial Walk only are asked to make a gold coin donation at North Fort Café before proceeding to the Walk.

ALL visitors are reminded that entry to the Fortifications and Tunnels can only occur under the supervision of a North Fort Guide .
